Midsummer
Midsummer is celebrated on June 23. In Køge and the surrounding area, bonfires are lit on the coast along Køge Bay.
If you are on holiday at Køge & Vallø Camping on the evening of 23 June, go for a walk to the beach and see the beautiful sight of the many bonfires.
Around the area, midsummer is usually celebrated in several places, including Køge Marina.
