Køge & Vallø Camping is in the perfect location, close to beach, forest, and city. This allows us to offer an experience to suit everyone.

Whether you come with a tent, caravan or campervan, or choose to rent one of our cabins, you will experience paradise here at a campsite which has been at the heart of many campers’ adventures since 1962. It’s not just a grassy field. We have retained the forest atmosphere, and the site is varied with banks, trees, sunny and shady spots, areas protected from the breeze, larger areas for groups and more private areas for those seeking peace and quiet – in short, we have just the thing for you.

Once you’ve been to the beach and had a wander in the woods, there is still plenty to do and see. Just ten minutes’ walk gets you to the centre of Køge, one of the oldest and most charming of Denmark’s market towns. From here you can hop on an S-train to Copenhagen and enjoy a day in the capital city.

Stevns Klint, which is only 20 km from Køge, has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, and you can find many of the most important Danish sights within an hour’s drive. Read more about this on the Experiences page.

Yes, a week flies by at Køge & Vallø Camping – in fact we have guests who have been visiting since 1964. And many others who return year after year.
